PHPTickets is a trouble ticket support system written in PHP and utilizes a mySQL databse for storage. Tickets can be entered manually or can also be pulled in automatically from any POP account. Each new ticket is assigned a unique number and is tracked and replied to via this tracking number. This makes trouble ticket reporting easier to maintain tickets throughout their life cycle until they are closed.

How to install PHPTickets in 30 seconds

1. Go to Clients Login page.
2. Log in using your username and password.
3. Click the Free Scripts icon.
4. Click the PHPTickets link.
5. Fill in easy setup form (where to install the script etc.) and click Install button.
6. That's all - your PHPTickets script is installed now!
